Free Image Converter is a free, browser-based tool that allows you to convert and compress image files. All processing occurs locally within your web browser. No files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to process images that you do not have the right to use or modify.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service's source code for commercial purposes.
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in a manner that could overload or disrupt it.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your images. The Service does not claim any ownership or rights over the images you process. We do not access, view, store, or share your images in any way.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of image conversions or compressions. Different browsers may produce different results, and some formats may not be supported in all browsers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Image Converter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, image corruption, or business interruption.

Usage Limits

The Service supports batch processing of up to 20 files at a time, with a maximum file size of 20MB per file. These limits are designed to ensure optimal performance within browser constraints.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
